FedStar Credit Union’s Online Bill Pay program is an easy and convenient way to pay your bills! A secure service, Online Bill pay allows you the luxury of paying bills from any computer while feeling confident that the transactions are being processed securely and on-time.
A free service for all members with a Share-Draft Checking Account, the online program links to your FedStar account, debiting the account automatically. Whether you need to set up a recurring payment, or make a one-time transfer, don’t waste time writing checks to each payee or worry about it getting there on time. With Online Bill Pay, you can choose the date you want the payment sent, set up recurring transfers to other financial institutions or creditors, chat with an Online Bill Pay specialist, and view your payment history, all with the click of a button!
The online bill pay service is a totally free product as long as the service is used a minimum of once each month. After three consecutive months of inactivity, a monthly service charge of $10.00 will be assessed for each month the service is unused. If you sign up for Online Bill Pay and then decide it’s not for you, you have the ability to cancel the service at no charge. To un-enroll, you must contact FedStar and request cancellation of the service. By opting out, you are choosing not to be a participant in the program.
To establish your Online Bill Pay account, you must first log in to your Online Banking account through our website fedstarcu.com. If you do not have an Online Banking account, please contact FedStar for instructions on how to set it up. |
