So, you’ve decided to take on a hefty home improvement project. Instead of taking out a new loan for every room, a home equity line of credit will allow you to reborrow whenever, similar to a credit card.
If you just purchased your home, odds are you haven’t established equity yet. But, those home improvement projects still need to get done! Instead of racking up a credit card, take out a low interest no-equity home improvement loan.
With just a $1,000 contribution from you, you could realize your ownership dreams.
