The SoldHome Report™

The Home Buyers Scouting Report®

Are you looking for a new home?  Just curious about what homes are selling for anywhere in South Central Wisconsin?  Or, maybe you just want to know about home sales near you.  Now you have your own access to current real estate information directly from the multiple listing service that the Agents use.

These services are brought to you free by our partnership with Network Funding, LP in Madison and Home Buyers Marketing II, Inc. (HBM), a licensed real estate company. Please be assured, the agent for HBM will not be contacting you.

Network Funding, LP has assigned a senior loan officer to help our Members find the right mortgage to buy a home or to refinance.  They offer free counseling, free pre-qualification, and access to all types of home mortgage loans at competitive rates and terms. 

The SoldHome Report™ This simple service gives you fast information on homes that have sold in your neighborhood in the last year (or any neighborhood you choose to enter).

When you click on the link to this site, here’s what happens:

• First, there is an interactive Bing Map and to the right you will see the contact information for Niel Moser, our Mortgage Specialist.  Call Niel if you have any questions.
• Use the Map to find sold homes in your area.  You can enlarge to see the entire south central Wisconsin and then “drag” the map to any city or town. Then adjust the size until you see your neighborhood.
• When you reach the neighborhood you want to look at, click on the “Refresh” button at the top. Little home markers will pop up on the map.  There is one for each home that has sold in the location you chose in the past year. Hover the curser over the sign and a window will open that gives you the sales price, date of sale, and the address.

While you are at the SoldHome Report™, you can scroll down and enter information to gain access to our other new service, the Home Buyers Scouting Report®.  Or, you can just click the tab “Free Search Made Easy link shown at the bottom of this page.

The Scouting Report accesses local multiple listing service in south central Wisconsin to find homes that are currently listed for sale. You will need to register for the site and create an ID and password.  This allows you to customize the site.

• This website is like looking at the multiple listing website except it is your private access. There is no advertising and the Listing or Sales Agents will not even know you are looking at properties. (If you want to actually visit one of the homes listed on the site, just click on a button and Niel will contact you to answer any questions.)
• On the left side of the page are areas to customize your settings.  Each time you come back to the site you will see your favorites. You can update these settings anytime you like.
• You may receive emails from Niel giving you tips on searching the website and other helpful information from time to time.
