How to Login for the first time:

When prompted, enter your email address.
Your initial password is the last four digits of the primary account holders social security number.
On subsequent screens, you will be asked to enter a confidence word and setup security questions. You may also be asked to re-enter your password.

only your Account Number and Password. It is possible that you will be
asked to answer your security questions if we don't recognize you, so be
sure to remember your answers to your questions.
