You authorize us to check your account, credit and employment history, and obtain reports from third parties, including credit reporting agencies, to verify your eligibility for the accounts and services you request.

We may report information about your loan, share, or deposit accounts to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your accounts may be reflected in your credit report.
PATRIOT ACT REQUIREMENTS FOR OPENING AN ACCOUNT
I understand that Federal law Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account to help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities. What this means for you:
- When you open an account or when you request an extension of credit, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you.
- We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
- Failure to provide information we request may result in a denied membership and/or a loss of services.
