Credit Union Express Branch (CUEB)

The Credit Union Express Branch (CUEB) is a "shared service center" made possible by the cooperative efforts of 11 Madison area credit unions. All members of the participating credit unions, including Avestar Credit Union, may use the CUEB for express services. The CUEB offers you:

• Another location to do your credit union business.
  
• Expanded service hours--including Saturday and Sunday.
  
• Fast, convenient drive-up and walk-up service.

   

  To transact business at the CUEB, you'll need:
  
  Your credit union account number.
  Photo identification.
  A completed transaction slip.

  Here's what you can do at the CUEB, 7 days a week:
  
  Cash checks
  Deposit and transfer funds
  Withdraw funds
  Purchase travelers checks, money orders, cashiers checks
  Obtain notary service.
  Obtain account balances
  

  The CUEB cannot help you with the following transactions:
  
  Opening or closing accounts
  Coin counting
  Certificate of Deposit transactions
  Name or address changes
  Lending services
  Quoting loan or savings rates
  Loan Payments
  Starting or changing payroll deductions and direct deposits
  Transaction histories
  Stop payments
  Foreign checks and currency
  Wire transfers
  Kwik Cash Withdrawls

  Important note: CUEB policies on check cashing, cash back, fees, etc. may differ from those of Avestar Credit Union or the other participating credit unions. CUEB reserves the right to place holds on checks, with the appropriate notification to you.
